CDM Engineering
Increasingly demanding, over the last years the regeneration market has been focusing on more complex process materials. Responding to the new market needs, CDM Engineering has widened and diversified its offer, enriching both its lines and its after sales service with technological innovation. The company production range includes single- or double-vented single-screw extruders, with die-face cutting system or strand die pelletizers, featuring 35/60/85/105/130/160/180mm Ø barrels and 160/220/250mm Ø vented extruders. Output ranges from 20 to 1400kg/h, depending on the extruder intended use, i.e. pure recycling or compounding. The company production range has been enriched with co-rotating twin-screw extruders featuring 70/85/105/135/170mm Ø. Output ranges from 300 to 4000kg/h. Lines are designed to process different types of materials, such as polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS, polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), BIO, and BAYBLEND. Last but not least, quality and efficiency of CDM Engineering/OMP Prealpina extrusion lines are combined with extraordinary cost effectiveness.
